Opentouch Message Center

OpenTouch Message Center (OTMC) is a discontinued unified messaging application that provided voicemail, fax, and email capabilities through a centralized platform. It was designed to integrate with Alcatel-Lucent's communication systems, offering a comprehensive solution for managing various message types. However, it has reached its end-of-sale lifecycle and is no longer actively supported. Customers are encouraged to transition to the OmniPCX Enterprise Communication Server with integrated A4645 voicemail server as a replacement, where available. OTMC offered features such as personalized greetings, message forwarding, and remote access to messages.
